Admission Policies

United Christian Education Center’s purpose is to provide a school for those children needing care away from home. Our school is fully staffed & equipped to give the best possible care for children whose parents are interested in an enriched      program as well as parents that work and must be away from home during the day. Children between the age of 2 years and 6 years are eligible for admission.

UCEC is operated on a non-discriminatory basis, offering equal treatment and access to services without regard to race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, age, or sex.

 Meals:

* Breakfast (served from 7:30 am - 8:25 am)
* Morning Snack
* Lunch
* Afternoon Snack
(For Extended Day Students Only)

 Vacations:

 If you are planning to take a vacation you must obtain and complete a VACATION FORM two weeks in advance.  Parents must also have all tuition payments and fees up to date and students must have attended a minimum of (3) months before being able to take a tuition free vacation of either one(1) or two (2) weeks.

 Withdrawals:

 Two weeks’ notice must be given in writing if you’re planning to withdraw your child from school. You must obtain and complete  a TWO WEEKS WITHDRAWAL FORM  from the school office.    If notice is not given, two weeks tuition will be due.   

Tuition Fee Due Dates:

 Tuition fees are due for the 1st day of every month . After the 10th, your tuition will be considerer LATE.

 Late/Service Charge:

 A late fee of 5% of the unpaid balance will be charged as a        service fee for all payments received after the 10th every month.   A service charge of $15.00 and the bank fee will be charged  on all returned checks.

 Illness:

 If your child is sick and will not be able to make it to school on     the day of, please notify the office before 10:00 AM. Regardless    of how many days your child is absent, you will still be charged      a full month’s tuition.

Staff In-Service Days (3):

There will be 3 Staff In-Service Days a year, the first will be on the first Friday of March, the second will be on the second Friday of June  before Summer Camp starts, and the last will be on the last Friday in August right before the Fall Season beings. Staff In-Service *Days are subject to change*

 Holidays:

 There are no Holiday deductions made on the tuition.
